This agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name], [registered address], which operates Orbit, a product of Deelo (“Orbit”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Orbit, you agree to these terms, to our Community Guidelines, and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. The app records which version of these terms you accepted and when. The current version is dated 2026-10-01.
Who can use Orbit
To use Orbit you must:
- be 18 or older (we check your date of birth when you sign up, and remove accounts of anyone under 18);
- be able to make a binding agreement, and not be barred from using Orbit by law;
- not have been removed from Orbit before;
- not have been convicted of a sexual or violent offence.
Your account
- One account per person. Do not create accounts for anyone else, or more than one for yourself.
- Be accurate. Your profile must be truthful and about you, and your photos must be of you.
- Keep it secure. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Sign in with Apple. Keep access to these secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Zero tolerance
What you must not do
You must not:
- harass, threaten, bully, demean or abuse anyone, or send unwanted sexual messages or content;
- post or send nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech, or anything illegal;
- solicit sex, or offer or ask for sexual services;
- impersonate anyone, or use photos that are not of you;
- ask anyone for money, promote crypto, investments or other schemes, sell anything, spam or scam;
- put contact details or social media handles on your profile, or share anyone else’s private information;
- use Orbit if you are under 18, or contact anyone under 18;
- use bots or automation, scrape Orbit, reverse engineer it, or interfere with how it works;
- use Orbit for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Our Community Guidelines explain these rules in more detail.
Reports and moderation
You can report or block anyone from their profile or your chat with them. Please report anyone who breaks these rules or makes you feel unsafe.
- We check photos, messages and profile text automatically. Clear breaches can lead to automatic suspension. Other cases go to a human moderator.
- A moderator may read a conversation only when it has been reported or flagged by our automatic checks, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with or without notice.
- If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal through Support or at support@orbit.deelo.in.
Meeting people
Orbit helps you meet people nearby, including through Plans. We do not run criminal background checks, and while you can choose to verify with a selfie, we do not verify everyone’s identity. Verified badges and vouches are helpful signals, not guarantees.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post, such as photos, prompts, Plans and messages. You give Orbit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and process that content only to run Orbit, for example to show your profile to others, deliver your messages and check content for safety. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content we must keep for safety or legal reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You promise that you have the right to post what you post, and that it does not break these terms or anyone else’s rights.
Orbit Plus and purchases
- Orbit Plus is an auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple’s In-App Purchase. The price, length and what it includes are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your Orbit account does not cancel your subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Packs are one-off purchases. They do not expire, but they end when your account is deleted or closed.
- Apple’s terms apply to every purchase. Apple handles payment, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- What free accounts and Orbit Plus include may change. We will always show you the current details before you buy.
Apple
If you downloaded Orbit from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. If they conflict, these terms apply to the extent allowed.
These terms are between you and Orbit, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Orbit or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close your account, or stop providing Orbit to you, if you break these terms or our Community Guidelines, if we must by law, or to protect other people. If we close your account for breaking the rules, you must not create a new one.
Disclaimers and liability
Orbit is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it safe and running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every person you meet is who they say they are.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of other members, on or off Orbit, or for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to [the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim / INR X]. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [city] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Orbit changes. When we make an important change, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
